Preferred Experience * Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification. * Experience with Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, Git, or Azure DevOps. * Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. * Experience working within healthcare, public sector, or other highly regulated enterprise environments. * Experience supporting large scale Salesforce implementations with complex integrations., * Are you legally authorized to work in the United States? * Will you now or in the future require employer sponsorship? * How many years of hands on Salesforce Development experience do you have? * How many years of Experience Cloud development experience do you have? * How many years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience do you have? * Have you worked in a healthcare or public sector Salesforce environment? ## Description * Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. * Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Develop and execute unit tests while partnering with QA during SIT and UAT activities. * Support deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. * Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise applications. * Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long term solutions. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA Analysts, and fellow developers throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Follow Salesforce development best practices and contribute to high quality, maintainable code., * Work alongside a collaborative consulting team supporting a major healthcare transformation initiative. * Opportunity to contribute to enterprise Salesforce solutions with meaningful community impact. * Direct exposure to large scale Salesforce delivery and modern development practices. * Support from an experienced leadership team invested in your success throughout the engagement.
