This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure ERP processes are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain manufacturing, finance, inventory, and customer service functions. Essential Responsibilities * Lead the overall architecture and technical roadmap for DEACOM ERP. * Design scalable ERP solutions supporting manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, quality, planning, warehouse management, finance, and customer service. * Translate business requirements into technical solution designs. * Evaluate system enhancements and recommend best practices. DEACOM Administration & Optimization * Configure and optimize DEACOM modules. * Improve system performance and usability. * Recommend standardization while minimizing unnecessary customizations. * Support upgrades, testing, and deployment of new functionality. Business Process Improvement * Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation. * Improve Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, and Financial processes. * Develop scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Support * Architect solutions supporting: * Bills of Materials (BOM) * Formulas & Recipes * Production Scheduling * Batch Manufacturing * Lot Traceability * Inventory Management * Warehouse Operations * Shipping & Logistics * Quality Management * Inventory Project Leadership * Lead ERP implementation and enhancement projects. * Develop project plans and technical documentation. * Coordinate internal and external resources. * Manage timelines and project risks.
