In this role, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our platform is up and running 100% of the time. Our customers are casinos, so you will deal with casino management in over 200 casinos nationwide. You will travel to casinos and will be in charge of coordinating all installations. This includes onboarding customers, ordering equipment, participating in calls with our casino customers. Once the install date is set, you will travel to the casino and install equipment ensuring all good connections to the casino's management system. You and your team will be responsible for training casino staff on the FABICash System. This pivotal role involves managing a diverse range of IT functions, ensuring the seamless delivery of technology services.
