 * Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently in dynamic, high-pressure environments
 * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule as business needs require, * IT Hardware/Software Deployment: 1 year (Required)
 * Healthcare IT: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and proactive Field Engineer to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting mergers and acquisitions by ensuring the smooth integration of end-user devices and providing hands-on support for clinical applications, including Epic., * Support and integrate end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * Support clinical applications, with a strong focus on Epic and related healthcare systems
 * Assist with device imaging, deployment, and configuration
 * Collaborate with IT, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure minimal disruption during transitions
 * Document processes, issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
 * Travel to client sites as needed to support integration efforts
