## Description

The IT Asset Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the preparation, staging, deployment, and fulfillment of end-user IT assets. This role ensures devices and peripherals are accurately configured, tracked, and delivered while maintaining inventory integrity and compliance across depot operations.
Key Responsibilities

 * Fulfill hardware requests including laptops, monitors, and peripherals
 * Stage, image, and configure devices per standard build requirements
 * Process fulfillment requests through ServiceNow
 * Pick, pack, and ship assets with accurate documentation
 * Maintain inventory accuracy including row, bin, shelf, and substate updates
 * Perform intake and restocking of returned assets
 * Partner with RTI and HAM teams to support asset lifecycle accuracy
 * Conduct routine inventory audits
 * Support bulk fulfillment initiatives
 * Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
