Partnering with cross-functional technology and business teams, you'll drive operational excellence, infrastructure automation, cloud governance, and modernization strategies to improve scalability, security, reliability, and operational efficiency. This role is critical in shaping Align Technology's cloud infrastructure strategy and long-term enterprise technology transformation., * Lead day-to-day operations of enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft Azure cloud services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), hybrid cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, Windows and Linux server environments, storage, backup, and identity services. * Manage and enhance Azure Landing Zone architecture, governance standards, Azure Policies, RBAC models, tagging strategies, and FinOps initiatives across multiple cloud environments. * Drive infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives including datacenter migration, platform standardization, and automation adoption. * Lead Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and CI/CD methodologies. * Ensure infrastructure availability, scalability, resiliency, and operational stability aligned with enterprise SLA requirements. * Oversee infrastructure lifecycle management activities including patching, upgrades, maintenance, capacity planning, and performance optimization. * Support enterprise monitoring, observability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives. * Establish operational standards, engineering best practices, and infrastructure governance processes. * Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers and cloud operations personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with security, architecture, and application teams to ensure infrastructure compliance with enterprise security and operational standards., At Align, every smile matters.
