## About the Role

* Previous experience in a Technical Services, IT Support, Systems Support or Infrastructure role
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, networks and systems
 * The ability to manage and prioritise technical issues effectively
 * Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
 * Relevant IT qualifications or certifications would be beneficial, although candidates with strong practical experience and technical knowledge will also be considered, * System administration: 1 year (required)
 * Technical support: 1 year (required)
 * Network Security: 1 year (required)
 * Microsoft Azure: 1 year (required)

## Description

This is a permanent, full-time position and would suit someone with a strong technical background who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users and maintaining reliable IT systems and infrastructure., * Providing technical support across IT systems, hardware, software and infrastructure

 * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
 * Supporting the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and systems
 * Providing technical assistance to users across the organisation
 * Monitoring systems and helping to maintain performance, security and reliability
 * Supporting network, server and infrastructure-related issues
 * Assisting with technical projects, upgrades and system improvements
 * Maintaining accurate technical documentation and records
 * Liaising with third-party suppliers and service providers when required
 * Providing support across other company locations when required
