## Description

At Lakes College, we're looking for an ambitious Graduate Systems & Business Intelligence Developer to join our MIS and Exams Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist skills in SQL, Power BI, Business Intelligence, data systems and reporting, while working alongside experienced professionals in a forward-thinking Further Education college.

As part of our Graduate Programme, you'll gain hands-on experience working on real projects from day one, helping to transform data into meaningful insights that support students, staff and strategic decision-making across the College.

You'll be supported to develop expertise in:

 * SQL Server, SSRS and Power BI
 * Database development and management
 * Business intelligence and reporting solutions
 * Data integration and systems development
 * Dashboard creation and data visualisation
 * Educational technology and student information systems

This is more than a graduate role. It's an opportunity to build a long-term career in data, analytics and systems development while contributing to an organisation whose mission is to "Enable people to recognise and develop their potential."

What You'll Be Doing

 * Developing interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports
 * Creating innovative reporting solutions using SQL, SSRS and Power BI
 * Supporting and enhancing critical College systems and data infrastructure
 * Working with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver valuable insights
 * Improving data quality, automation and reporting processes
 * Exploring new technologies and helping drive digital innovation
