What You'll Do as a RFID Implementation Manager

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you'll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

 * Leverage data analytics to identify high-volume continuity merchandise opportunities and recommend targeted actions with Supply Chain and Logistics leadership to improve availability and performance.
 * Analyze and interpret RFID count saturation test results across departments and depots, providing actionable insights to support operational decision-making.
 * Identify and quantify business benefits from RFID implementation, including sales growth, shrink reduction, and process and cost efficiency improvements.
 * Develop robust business case proposals and benefit models for Finance review, validation, and investment approval.
 * Drive the RFID roadmap by incorporating best practices from vendor partners and leading retailers, while exploring predictive analytics opportunities to enhance performance.
 * Monitor RFID market trends and competitor developments, and communicate program progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
