 * Translate customer requirements and operational challenges into practical technical strategies.
 * Work closely with software, infrastructure, security, and delivery teams to coordinate solution execution.
 * Review system architectures, technical proposals, and implementation plans to ensure quality and sustainability.
 * Identify opportunities to improve existing platforms through automation, optimisation, and emerging technologies.
 * Support technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder presentations.
 * Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations throughout the solution lifecycle.
