## Description

You will be an integral part of the Crusade Technical Team working from our office providing support and technical services to our customers.

You will be working on a variety of operating systems and hardware. This role will involve working on projects and support tickets for our customers. The post holder will promote the highest customer service standards, ensuring the most effective use of resources.

This role will approximately be a 50/50 split between onsite work and our office, there will also be a requirement for some out-of-hours work when necessary., Working within a team dedicated to supporting Microsoft desktop and server operating systems including hardware.
Dealing with technical incidents and requests from our customers.
Escalation from other Engineers.
Professionally support all customers.
Respond effectively and appropriately to all customer requests and enquiries.
Complete work to agreed time scales.
Undertake any other duties that may be required by Crusade.
