## About the Role

* Experience in an IT Support or IT Technician role.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and networking (LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, routers, and firewalls).
 * Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
 * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users in a fast-paced wholesale and e-commerce environment.

## Description

The Nexus Globe Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Technician to support the day-to-day IT operations of our business. As a company specialising in the wholesale of brand-new and used mobile phones, alongside operating an e-commerce store for health and beauty products, you will ensure our hardware, software, network, and business systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient to support office, warehouse, and online operations., * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business software.

 * Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and company applications.
 * Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and TCP/IP connectivity.
 * Administer Active Directory, user accounts, file permissions, and Windows Server environments.
 * Support inventory, warehouse, and e-commerce systems by resolving hardware and software issues.
 * Monitor IT infrastructure, perform routine maintenance, software updates, and system backups.
 * Maintain IT equipment and software asset records.
 * Resolve IT support requests using helpdesk systems and provide timely assistance to users.
 * Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures to protect company systems and data.
