Excellent interpersonal skills are essential and the ability to build effective working relations across all departments in the organisation.

Requirements

 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work.
 * Hold, or have held, a valid Human Factors certification
 * Previous experience in Technical Records, CAMO, Maintenance Planning or Aircraft Maintenance, is preferred.
 * You have personal integrity and good business understanding
 * For this role you must also have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
 * Drivers Licence

## Description

* Follow the procedures as set out in the MOE, MPM and CAME.
 * Maintain and update aircraft records
 * Completing aircraft log books with times flown
 * Generating check packs outlining the work to be carried out during maintenance.
 * Completing Component Cards, recording changes, new items fitted etc.
 * Amendments to manuals.
 * Review maintenance release documents for completeness and accuracy.
 * General office duties, i.e. filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
 * Generating invoices
 * Assist in the smooth daily running of the business
 * Ensure effective communication both internally and externally
 * Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
 * Keeping paperwork up to date and stored appropriately
 * Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
