## Description

The Digital & IT team support the Ayvens UK business by providing effective and efficient capabilities that allow for a flexible, secure, and sustainable way of working. The wider team are responsible for providing the organisation with appropriate capabilities relating to IT Architecture, Business Analysis, IT Infrastructure, Database Management, IT Service Desk, IT Reporting, Customer Implementation, Development and Change Delivery., * Contribute to the design of all web-based applications to complement our current core system and continually

 * improve the performance of the business applications.
 * Contribute to the delivery of releases of web-based applications to meet business objectives

Responsibilities

 * Support in the design and development of web-based applications to complement our current core system ensuring they comply with company standards.
 * Ensure that internally developed applications are tested in line with end user requirements and good practice
 * Support and maintain existing applications developed by the Application Development Team
 * Contribute to the ongoing maturity of the IT software infrastructure within the business by ensuring that latest technologies and practices are continually being considered and adopted
 * Continually develop own skills to help increase overall capability of the team
 * Actively contribute to team discussions and decisions
