## About the Role

Essential:

 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Minimum 12 months experience supporting IT endpoints and networks
 * Experience with Windows Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, FreshService, Zendesk)
 * Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
 * Full UK driving licence and own transport

Desirable:

 * ITIL framework experience
 * Experience producing and updating IT documentation

## Description

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Worksop facility. This is a front-line role providing IT support across the business, ensuring the day-to-day effectiveness of IT services and meeting SLA targets. Youll work closely with colleagues and managers to deliver high-quality IT support both on-site and remotely., * Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person

 * Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA targets
 * Take ownership of user issues and ensure proactive communication
 * Support Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune
 * Assist with Active Directory and Azure AD queries
 * Manage onboarding processes for new starters and IT housekeeping tasks
 * Document solutions and contribute to process improvements
 * Participate in training and continuous development opportunities
