## Description

* Ausbau 1st und 2nd Level telefonischer und Vor-Ort-Support rund um die IT-Ausstattung des Arbeitsplatzes
 * Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Umzügen und Rollouts inklusiv Steuerung der ggf. beteiligten Dienstleister
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Störungen und sofern erforderlich Koordination der Störungsbearbeitung durch nachgelagerten Service-Einheiten
 * Beratung der Anwender:innen bei Fragen und Problemen bzgl. ihrer Hardware und Softwareanwendungen
 * Installations- und Wartungsarbeiten
 * Annahme & Kontrolle von Warenlieferungen
 * Pflege von System- und Wissensdatenbanken
