* We are looking for candidates who are new to the IT industry and are looking to kickstart their career.
 * No previous experience or skills are required.

 * You must have or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
 * You must be able to reliably commute to Farnborough, GU14 0LS or plan to relocate before starting.
 * You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
 * Desirable: knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
 * Desirable: understanding of computer components and physical hardware, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
 * Desirable: understanding of basic networking concepts.
 * Desirable: experience with Azure/Microsoft 365 user and device administration.
 * Desirable: experience with Intune and Jamf administration.
 * Desirable: experience with Active Directory user and group administration.

## Description

* Provide first response to tickets, calls, emails, and monitoring events.
 * Engage with users face-to-face.
 * Perform initial triage of incidents and requests.
 * Escalate tickets within the team to 2nd and 3rd line engineers as required.
 * Carry out onboarding and offboarding of internal and customer users.
 * Provide ongoing support of user accounts, access, and permissions.
 * Build, deploy, and troubleshoot end user devices.
 * Test, build, and track physical assets including end user devices and servers.
