This role is 37 hours per week based at any of our main UK sites with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week. Customer travel is required. ## Description As a Senior Service Architect, you will be working in a both internal and customer facing role working across QinetiQ's service portfolio designing the service wrapper to provide service support and management for customer solutions and managed service propositions into customers and key markets. Day-to-day, you'll work with customer-facing teams to design and deliver service integration, support and management models to meet customer requirements and service or solution deliverables, following the principles and processes within the Service Design and Transition framework.
