## About the Role

* UK National with current Security Check (SC) clearance, or SC clearance held within the previous 12 months.
 * Proven experience working with RF communications, IT infrastructure, and complex integrated systems.
 * A motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing their own workload effectively and working independently with minimal supervision.
 * Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
 * Good understanding of physical and information security best practices.
 * Full UK driving licence. Desirable
 * Suitable experience in the use of cryptographic devices in a military comms environment.

## Description

* Act as a primary point of contact for complex technical issues, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives related to support operations.
 * Oversee Control and monitor access to sensitive areas and assets.
 * Manage workshop areas, priorities and coordinate support to meet customer expectations
 * Prepare equipment for installation, commissioning, and customer delivery.
 * Build strong relationships with customers through professional and responsive support.
 * Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and quality standards.
 * Utilise, modify and generate clear and accurate technical documentation as required.
