What You'll Bring: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. * 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM administration experience or equivalent * Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * Experience with CRM data migrations or ERP integrations preferred. * Familiarity with Copilot for Dynamics 365 preferred. * Experience and demonstrated expertise with Power BI and other apps in Power Platform preferred LI-Hybrid LI-DM3 ## Description We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to own the day-to-day operation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role ensures the system is usable, trusted, secured, and aligned to evolving business needs with high visibility across sales, support teams, and executive management. The ideal candidate thrives in a mid-size environment where they can be the go-to expert and make a tangible impact.
