This role serves as the operational owner of the application penetration testing process, coordinating assessment intake, scheduling, readiness activities, stakeholder communications, remediation tracking, governance reporting, and overall delivery execution. The successful candidate will partner with application teams, penetration testers, Application Security Champions, and technology partners to ensure assessments are properly scoped, scheduled, executed, and remediated. This individual will act as a key liaison throughout the testing lifecycle, facilitating discussions around vulnerabilities, assessment findings, remediation efforts, and retesting activities. Additionally, this role functions as a ServiceNow Product Owner for PRAPT-related workflows and requires ownership of technology operational processes supporting the penetration testing program.
