Working knowledge of program/project management software preferred. * Collaboration - Familiar with, and supportive of a collaborative working environment. Advocate for process-driven, integrated business organization. * Managing Customer/Patient Focus - Promotes customer/patient focus; establishes internal technical customer service standards; provides training in customer service delivery for the technical team; monitors internal customer satisfaction; develops new approaches to meeting internal customer needs. * Business Acumen - Understands business implications of decisions; displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals. * Strategic Thinking - Develops strategies to achieve organizational goals; understands organization's strengths & weaknesses; analyzes market and competition; identifies external threats and opportunities; adapts strategy to changing conditions. * Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality. ## Description As the Associate Product Owner, you will Support the vision, planning, and delivery of technology products and business process solutions. The vision includes the road-map for strategic planning, ROI, and release planning for the product. Liaison between the workstream team and the product stakeholder. Coordinate activities with other product teams so that all product work is coordinated into a combined project vision. Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, Wyoming; residents are not eligible.
