## About the Role

* 3-5 years of telecom or construction experience
 * Prior experience in a field leadership role required
 * High School Diploma or GED required
 * Ability to read construction prints and use tools like Google Earth
 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
 * Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred
 * Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills
 * Valid driver's license required; OSHA certification preferred
 * Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

## Description

We're looking for a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of construction projects, working closely with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers. This is the entry point into Construction Management - perfect for someone ready to develop project coordination, planning, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

 * Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements
 * Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of field operations
 * Provide direction and support to Field Supervisors and crews
 * Monitor job site progress for alignment with project plans
 * Coordinate materials, equipment, and field resources
 * Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting
 * Support submission of production reports, timecards, and field documentation
 * Communicate field updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers
 * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements
