 * Business analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus

## Description

Judit Inc. is seeking an ERP Business Analyst with hands-on Banner (Ellucian) ERP experience to support a county government client's ERP assessment. The consultant will lead business requirements gathering and current-state process mapping to inform the client's modernization roadmap.
Key Responsibilities

 * Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate working sessions to capture as-is business processes and requirements across relevant Banner modules (Finance, HR/Payroll, and related functions)
 * Develop clear as-is and to-be process maps using standard notation (e.g., BPMN or swim-lane diagrams)
 * Document functional and technical requirements and validate them with client stakeholders and IT leadership
 * Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities within the current Banner environment
 * Support development of assessment deliverables, findings summaries, and recommendation reports
