You'll partner with Benefit leadership to assess plan design, cost, and outcomes, integrating medical, pharmacy, clinical, financial, and vendor data. Your work will translate analytics into strategic recommendations that improve member health and optimize healthcare spend. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives and present clear insights to executives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
