## About the Role

* 5+ years in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., management consulting, professional services delivery, or customer success).
 * Strong background in project delivery and collaborative problem-solving, ideally within AI/ML initiatives or involving standard AI technologies.
 * Proven ability to understand client objectives, design solutions, and identify value-aligned growth opportunities.
 * Track record of overseeing a portfolio of engagements, balancing resources and timelines across multiple customer projects.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for broad audiences.
 * Advanced degree preferred (MBA or Master's in computer science, applied statistics, mathematics, or related field).
 * Experience reviewing and drafting responses to federal Requests for Comment (RFCs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), etc. is preferred.
 * Experience working across the Civilian, DOD and NATSEC agencies, inclusive of experience in Federal Law Enforcement, Healthcare, Financial/Regulatory and Military operations and logistics.
 * Candidates must have an active TS security clearance
 * Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client needs.

## Description

* Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape AI/ML use cases and translate them into well-defined projects, including proposals and Statements of Work.
 * Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects, ensuring execution on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business outcomes.
 * Manage comprehensive project plans and related artifacts to ensure successful delivery and compliance with contractual and financial targets.
 * Identify expansion opportunities through adjacent use cases, new stakeholders, and additional datasets where Snorkel can deliver outsized value.
 * Serve as the primary interface between client C-suite, Snorkel's technical teams, and Snorkel leadership, orchestrating multiple workstreams to deliver integrated outcomes.
 * Develop and continuously refine best practices, templates, and delivery frameworks to make engagements scalable and repeatable.
