## Description

* Entwicklung und Wartung: Konzeption, Implementierung und Pflege individueller Softwarelösungen sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen.
 * Analyse und Optimierung: Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und Erarbeitung technischer Konzepte zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
 * Softwareentwicklung: Programmierung von Anwendungen und Schnittstellen (z. B. APIs), Entwicklung von Frontend- und/oder Backend-Komponenten sowie Umsetzung moderner Softwaredesigns.
 * Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation: Durchführung von Softwaretests (z. B. Unit- und Integrationstests), Fehleranalyse und -behebung sowie Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen.
 * Support und Anwenderbetreuung: 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für entwickelte Anwendungen sowie Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen.
 * Projektarbeit: Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären IT-Projekten sowie eigenständige Übernahme von (Teil-)Projekten im Bereich Anwendungsentwicklung.

Technologie- und Trendbeobachtung: Analyse aktueller Technologietrends sowie Evaluierung neuer Tools und Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Entwicklungsumgebung.
