- Erfassung, Strukturierung und Weiterleitung von Produktfeedback 
 - Pflege und Aktualisierung von Produkt- und Prozessdokumentationen 
 - Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Handbüchern und Präsentationen 
 - Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Produktinformationen für interne und externe Stakeholder 
 - Mitarbeit bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Product Management 
 - Unterstützung bei Markt- und Wettbewerbsrecherchen 

**Profil**

 
- Immatrikulierter Student (w/m/d)\* im Bereich BWL oder ähnliche Studienfächer 
- Erste (Berufs-)Erfahrung in Form von Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit oder ähnliche Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Produktmanagement oder Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil 
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise 
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch (mind. B2) 
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word) 
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Produkten und Kundenanforderungen 
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
