## Description

* First-Level-Support und Anwenderservice: Du bist der sympathische und kompetente Erstkontakt für unsere Kollegen an allen 9 Standorten bei technischen Fragen und Hard- / Softwareproblemen
 * Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur: Gemeinsam mit unserem externen IT-Dienstleister betreust, wartest und pflegst du unsere Server- und Netzwerklandschaft sowie die Standort-Peripherie
 * ERP-System betreuen und mitgestalten: Du übernimmst die Betreuung unseres ERP-Systems inklusive seiner Zusatzbausteine, optimierst Prozesse und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung ein
 * IT-Asset-Management: Du kümmerst dich um die Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Verwaltung der Arbeitsplätze sowie der mobilen Endgeräte
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten: Ob Standortanbindungen, Systemwechsel oder Digitalisierungsinitiativen - du gestaltest unsere IT-Zukunft aktiv mit.
