## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master, Agile Coach oder in einer vergleichbaren agilen Rolle
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse des Scrum Frameworks sowie agiler Methoden
 * Erfahrung in der Moderation von Scrum Events und im Coaching von Teams
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Stakeholdern und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
 * Erfahrung mit agilen Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Azure DevOps wünschenswert
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAFe / Release Train Management
 * Eine gängige Scrum-Zertifizierung (z. B. PSM, CSM oder vergleichbar) ist von Vorteil

 * Du identifizierst Hindernisse und unterstützt bei deren Beseitigung (Impediment Management)
 * Du förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und unterstützt Teams bei der Weiterentwicklung
 * Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklungsteams, Product Ownern und relevanten Stakeholdern
 * Bei Einsatz von SAFe unterstützt du bei PI Planning, Synchronisation und agilen Abstimmungen
