* Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit IT-Schwerpunkt
 * Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen, im Umgang mit Portalanwendungen sowie Interesse an digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
 * Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und gutes Organisationsvermögen; sicherer Umgang mit Aufgabenstellungen auch ohne vorgegebene Lösungsmuster
 * Teamfähigkeit, hohe Eigenmotivation sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)

## Description

* Abstimmung zu Konzepten, Spezifikationen zur Entwicklung des Werkstatt-Portals, Budget- und Timelinecontrolling in den AfterSales-Bereichen TRUCK & BUS der DAIMLER TRUCK AG
 * Fachliche Verantwortung in der WorkingGroup "Werkstatt Portal" für die Entwicklung und den Betrieb des Online-Portals
 * Beschreibung und Sicherstellung der Kundenanforderungen hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Nutzbarkeit (Usability), Performanz und Qualität (business concept)
 * Product Ownership und Koordination der Umsetzung durch Dienstleister
 * Projektmanagement im komplexen und agilen Umfeld mit interdisziplinären Teams
Fachliche*r Auftraggeber*in der Kundenanforderung im agilen Software-Entwicklungsprozess (SCRUM)

 * Steuerung der Scrum-Artefakte (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog)
sowie regelmäßige Präsentation der Ergebnisse in Steuerkreisen und Management

 * Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing für Konzepte zur Vermarktung der Portallösung
