## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP HCM Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf den HCM On-Premise-Core-Themen PA, PT und PY
 * Transformation unserer Kunden von der On-Premise-Welt in S/4HANA
 * Vergabe und Anpassung von Berechtigungen sowie Optimierung und Administration der SAP HCM Applikationen und deren Schnittstellen zu den angebundenen Systemen
 * Im Rahmen von SAP-Projekten übernehmen Sie die (Teil-)projektleitung
 * Application Support für Bestandskunden mit Anwendungen im HCM
 * Entwicklung bestehender und Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen
