* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Service-Management oder in einer leitenden IT-Support-Funktion

 * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des IT-Service-Managements nach ITIL
 * Administration und Ausbau eines modernen ITSM-Systems (Jira Service Management)
 * Steuerung und Einsatzplanung des Support-Teams
 * Definition, Überwachung und Verbesserung von Service Levels und KPIs
 * Administration von Microsoft 365, Active Directory und weiteren zentralen IT-Systemen
 * Ansprechpartner für interne Anwender bei IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen
 * Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
