## Description

* Klassische Sekretariatsarbeiten im Tagesgeschäft (Telefonate, laufender Schriftverkehr, Unterstützung bei Managementaufgaben)
 * Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts unter Einbezug von DATEV und SAP
 * Betreuung mandatsspezifischer Themen wie Kommunikation mit der Mandantschaft, Rechnungsstellung und Projektmanagementadministration
 * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten
 * Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings sowie weitere verschiedene organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten
 * Erstellung von Präsentationen für Mandantengespräche sowie für die Projektarbeit, Bilden Sie sich in unserer internen Baker Tilly Academy zu Themen weiter, die Sie interessieren und Sie in Ihrer beruflichen oder persönlichen Entwicklung voranbringen.
