## About the Role

## Description

* Leitung und Supervising des Empfangsteams, inklusive Schulung und Motivation
 * Organisation und Koordination aller administrativen Abläufe am Front Desk
 * Verwaltung der Büro- und Empfangsbereiche, inklusive Multi-line Telefonanlagen
 * Überwachung des Budgets sowie Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
 * Bearbeitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (Payroll) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung
 * Sicherstellung eines professionellen Kundenservice durch freundliche Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste
 * Koordination von Terminen, Reservierungen und speziellen Anfragen
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung aller relevanten Verwaltungsdokumente und Aufzeichnungen
