## About the Role

Do you have experience in Video gameplay mechanics?, * Expert-level Luau and Roblox engine knowledge, including advanced client-server architecture, networking, and security

 * Proven experience with ProfileService or equivalent for managing complex player data with zero tolerance for data loss
 * 3+ years of serious Roblox/Luau development experience
 * A portfolio demonstrating deep systems work on high-quality, professional-grade Roblox titles - not surface-level scripts or basic game loops
 * Must be 18 years of age or older

## Description

We are hiring a senior-level Roblox programmer to architect core gameplay infrastructure for Project Ventura. This is a systems-heavy role - you will own the full lifecycle of complex, interconnected features from backend data modeling through polished UI integration on the Roblox platform using Luau.

Responsibilities

 * Design and build law enforcement and criminal systems including MDT/CAD, forensic tracking, evidence chains, and agency hierarchies
 * Architect a player-driven economy featuring a functional stock market, business ownership, persistent banking, and transactional systems
 * Develop organizational frameworks supporting custom ranks, granular permissions, shared assets, and internal funding
 * Integrate complex backend data into clean, minimalist Roblox UI using our "Tech-Forward" design language
 * Maintain high server tick rates with hundreds of networked entities running simultaneously
