As the primary interface between the local market and central IT, the role translates business needs into aligned solutions. They are seeking someone with strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems within a multi-country environment, excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across teams and regions.What you'll need to succeed* Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and applications (ERP, WMS, Finance, HR), and how they support end-to-end business processes within a multi-country environment.* Proven ability to align business needs with global IT standards, balancing governance with practical market requirements.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across local teams and central HQ functions.* Structured and analytical problem-solver, able to diagnose issues, drive resolution, operational efficiencies, and support continuous improvement.* Experience in documenting processes, systems, and integrations, with a focus on clarity, standardisation, and operational resilience.* Solid knowledge of IT governance, data protection, and information security principles, with a strong commitment to compliance and best practice.What you'll get in returnYou can expect a salary up to 50,000 (depending on experience), plus pension (5%), annual bonus (up to 10%), private medical, life assurance (x4) and hybrid working (2 to 3 days a week onsite).
