Years of Experience * 1-3 years of relevant experience in service design, UX research, or a related field. * Exposure to qualitative research methods and user interviews. * Awareness of service design artefacts including journey maps and personas. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Social Science, or a related field. * Bring genuine curiosity about people, organisations, and the systems that connect them. * Approach new methods and challenges with openness and a willingness to learn. * Demonstrate care and quality in your work, however small the task. ## Description Contribute to the design of better services - supporting research, synthesis, and the creation of artefacts that help organisations understand their users and improve the experiences they deliver., * Support the conduct of qualitative research activities - interviews, observation, and note-taking. * Contribute to the synthesis of research findings into themes, insights, and opportunity areas. * Assist in the creation of service design artefacts including personas, journey maps, and service blueprints. * Support the design and facilitation of co-design workshops under the guidance of senior designers. * Develop your visual communication skills, producing clear and considered artefacts. Project * Support the delivery of a service design workstream with quality and care. * Collaborate actively with product, content, and technology team members. * Manage your own tasks and time effectively within project timelines. Client * Engage with client teams in a professional and collaborative manner. * Develop confidence presenting research and design thinking to stakeholders. * Build an understanding of client context, user needs, and organisational dynamics. Skillset * Early-stage service design portfolio demonstrating research participation and artefact quality. * Awareness of qualitative research methods and service design thinking. * Ability to produce clear journey maps, personas, and supporting research materials. * Eagerness to develop facilitation skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Collaborative, team-first mindset.
