The focus is on improving colleague security while balancing usability, operational needs and technical constraints. They'll be the sole designer in the space so we need someone who is comfortable across all parts of the design process and able to work directly with the domain team. Key Problem Areas 1. Colleague Security How do we increase security and reduce risk while maintaining a good colleague experience? * Security controls across the business * Browser restrictions and secure browsing * Safe use of tools e.g. file sharing, collaboration tools, and AI * Phishing prevention and risk management * Communicating security information appropriately 2.
