## Description

* IT-Support (1st / 2nd Level) inkl. technischer Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
 * On/Offboarding und Einweisung von Usern sowie Bereitstellung von Arbeitsmitteln
 * Durchführung von IMAC-Leistungen (Install, Move, Add, Change) sowie Unterstützung im Field Service
 * Analyse, Priorisierung sowie Behebung von Service-Requests und Incidents sowie Troubleshooting
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Instandsetzung von Hardware (Notebooks, PCs, Tablets, Drucker, VoIP-Telefone)
 * Client-Management und Administration der Workplace-Infrastruktur (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure)
 * Datenmigrationen, Benutzerumzüge sowie Mitarbeit bei Rolloutprojekten
 * Wartung und Pflege der Netzwerke (LAN, WLAN)
 * Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheit, Compliance und Datenschutz
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern, Service Desk und IT-Fachbereichen
