## About the Role

* Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
 * Experience in the administration and support of Microsoft Business Central SaaS
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems as well as Active Directory configuration and domain security
 * Confident handling of M365 cloud products and modern Microsoft environments
 * Basic knowledge of networking and firewall technologies is an advantage
 * Initial experience with MES or warehouse management systems is considered beneficial
 * Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics such as MES, warehouse management, and other ERP-related systems, combined with a structured and service-oriented working style

## Description

* Planning and implementation of ERP projects as well as the introduction of new ERP and MES modules in collaboration with the respective departments
 * Administration and continuous development of Microsoft Business Central SaaS as the central ERP solution
 * Acting as the main point of contact for employees regarding ERP- and Microsoft-related topics
 * Coordination and communication with external ERP and IT service providers
 * Maintenance and administration of Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and security configurations
 * Administration of Microsoft client and server environments as well as support for M365 cloud applications
 * Support with general IT administration tasks and contribution to the continuous improvement of the overall IT system landscape
