## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide frontline IT support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues and guiding users through new systems. You'll train staff on office applications, maintain accurate incident records, and ensure timely responses that meet SLAs. You will work closely with a professional services team to sustain smooth technology operations across offices. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a culture of growth, collaboration, and service excellence.
