The work starts with understanding what a customer is trying to accomplish, then designing and building a solution that is fast, thoughtful, and resilient. Some requirements will arrive clearly defined. Others will start as a customer conversation, a support issue, or a rough idea that needs someone to ask the right questions and make it real.
