 * Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
 * Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception), This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care. Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement are required throughout the workday. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
