We're growing toward becoming the go-to managed IT and cybersecurity provider in the tri-county area - Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, and Broward - and we're building that by hiring engineers who want to actually solve problems, not just clear a queue. If you have MSP experience, we'd like to talk to you., * Proven experience in an MSP environment - you already know this world, not just IT support in general * Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft server environments, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting * Hands-on experience with network security tools such as Sophos Central, XG Firewalls, and * Experience with Datto RMM, Datto EDR, and Huntress (or directly comparable RMM/EDR tools) * Experience with Kaseya's Autotask PSA (or a comparable PSA/ticketing platform) * Strong communication skills - able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical clients * Comfortable working as part of a team, including knowing when to ask for help * Solid foundation in both hardware and software troubleshooting * Valid driver's license (for company-vehicle site visits) Nice to have: * Networking or Microsoft certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certifications) ## Description This is a Level II role, built for someone who's already worked in an MSP environment and knows this stack. You'll handle network support and client issues across a mix of remote and on-site work, using a company car for onsite visits. We care about resolving the actual problem, not just closing the ticket quickly.
