## About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned, highly experienced IT Technician to manage day-to-day operations and technical projects within a Windows environment. Previous experience with an MSP is huge plus. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires a mix of high-level server administration and physical infrastructure work., * Experience: At least 5 years of verified, hands-on IT experience in a professional environment.

 * Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Windows OS (Desktop and Server) and a deep understanding of networking hardware/software.
 * Professionalism: As a client-facing representative, you must be personable and maintain a professional appearance.
 * Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for client interaction and documentation.
 * Mobility: Must have a clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles for travel to various client sites., If you meet the 5-year experience requirement and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, please submit your resume for consideration., * IT support: 5 years (Preferred)

## Description

* Server Administration: Manage and migrate Windows Server environments, including DNS, Active Directory (AD), DHCP, and RDP.
 * Microsoft 365 Management: Act as a lead administrator for M365 portals, specifically managing SharePoint, user groups, and permissions.
 * Network & Security: Configure and maintain network firewalls (basic and advanced functions), set up VPNs, and resolve complex connectivity issues.
 * On-Site Support: Deploy new hardware at client sites, including PC imaging, software installation, and peripheral setup (printers, scanners, etc.).
 * Hardware Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, including the replacement of internal components.
 * Infrastructure: Perform physical networking tasks, including terminating network cables and managing patch panels.
