## About the Role

Warehouse & Digital Content Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish), * Proven experience as a warehouse assistant or in a similar role.

 * Creativity and confidence in front of the camera.
 * Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation.
 * Computer proficiency, including Office; QuickBooks is a plus.
 * Experience with inventory control systems.
 * Basic to intermediate knowledge of website management (Shopify, WordPress, or similar).
 * Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
 * Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
 * Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

## Description

As a Warehouse & Digital Content Assistant, you will play a dual role. You will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment, and during downtime, you will take charge of our digital platforms - creating engaging content, managing social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), going Live on TikTok, and contributing to website updates and improvements. This is a unique opportunity to be part of both the logistics and creative sides of the company., * Perform daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping products.

 * Pick up goods and deliver them to UPS and USPS using the company vehicle (driver's license required).
 * Maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
 * Implement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
 * Create engaging content for social media (TikTok Lives, videos, stories, reels).
 * Manage and grow our social media accounts during warehouse downtime.
 * Participate actively in TikTok Lives to showcase products and boost sales.
 * Receive commissions based on the performance of Lives and digital content that leads to sales.
 * Make basic updates and improvements to our website (knowledge of platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or similar preferred).
 * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align digital efforts with company goals.
 * Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
