 * Strong knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, and trunk creation between devices.
 * Familiarity with SQL and Oracle Databases
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 * Must possess strong problem resolution skills.
 * Good communication and documentation skills.
 * Ability to make knowledgeable decisions.
 * Strong work ethic and organized work habits.
 * Ability to interface well with internal groups and vendors.
 * IVR development experience is desirable.
 * Dialer experience in a call center environment.
 * Noble Dialer experience is a plus.
 * Strong team contributor.
 * Understanding of wiring and integration of new equipment.
 * Foster company success through a professional appearance, being courteous to customers & vendors, and by having a positive attitude
