The CTO is responsible for owning technical strategy, architecture, and engineering execution across Phasimation's AI animation platform and the LatentGalaxy synthetic data exchange. This role will translate the company's research in generative video control and latent manifold addressing into production systems, setting the architecture for both a consumer-facing SaaS product and enterprise-grade federated data infrastructure. The CTO will build and lead the engineering organization, including hiring, mentoring, and establishing engineering standards, development processes, and security practices from the ground up. Day-to-day, the CTO will make build-vs-buy decisions, manage technical roadmaps against product and business milestones, oversee ML pipeline and infrastructure costs, and collaborate with research, product, and go-to-market teams to keep the roadmap aligned with customer needs.
