This is a key member of the Customer Engagement Marketing team. This role will assist the team in designing, planning, and delivering seamless in-person, online, and hybrid event experiences that deepen customer engagement and drive measurable business outcomes. The position blends event technology and online expertise with in-person forum and event operations-from planning through execution and post-event insights. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in event operations, broadcast and marketing technology, and user experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven and cross-functional environment. This role partners closely with the marketing, sales, customer success, product teams, and external vendors to ensure events are executed flawlessly and aligned with strategic growth priorities., * Design and manage attendees and partner with other internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, scalable event and online broadcasting experiences * Manage the build, optimization, and performance of event registration platforms, mobile apps like CVENT, and attendee-facing systems * Fully own the webcast/webinar function within the marketing department.
